WWJT
“What
Would Jesus Think” of our behavior was so profound to me
that I had to incorporate the concept into my life. When I went
back to California, I went to the jewelers, bought a bracelet
and had WWJT engraved on it.
I was so enchanted with this idea of how I could have
accountability to the Lord always with me. I was looking for a
way to help me put balance in my life. Sometimes we are
accountable to our spouses, our children or our parents. We are
always accountable to God. Yet because He does not visually
reveal Himself, we at times forget He is always watching. My
intention of using WWJT as a constant reminder is so I can ask
myself prior to doing or saying anything, “What Would Jesus
Think?” This works for me. You may have something that works for
you. I would never be so presumptuous to ever think I would know
what Jesus would think or do. However, I do need a constant
reminder that my actions or words might offend the One who died
for me. This is why I wear WWJT.
